Housekeeping Services:

Each clean includes the following - if the home has been unoccupied for a period of time before a rental takes place a pre-inspection visit will also be made:

Bathrooms:

• Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining.
• Tubs thoroughly cleaned and rinsed.
• Shower doors cleaned and disinfected.
• Toilets scrubbed and disinfected.
• Vanity and sink scrubbed and disinfected.
• Cabinet, cabinet doors and drawers damp wiped.
• Mirrors and chrome fixtures cleaned and shined.
• Floors washed and disinfected/carpet vacuumed.
• Towels washed.

Kitchen & Dining Areas:

• Countertop cleaned.
• Cabinet doors damp wiped and polishing.
• Empty drawers wiped if necessary.
• Top, front and inside of stove cleaned.
• Refrigerator cleaned inside/outside.
• Sink scrubbed and disinfected/chrome shined.
• Appliences cleaned and shined.
• General dusting and trash emptied/trash can cleaned.
• Floors washed and desinfected/carpet vacuumed.

Sleeping & Living Areas:

• Bed made and linen washed and/or changed.
• All areas dusted.
• Mirrors polished and dusted.
• Empty drawers inside wiped if necessary.
• All furniture hand wiped.
• Glass tables cleaned.
• Fingerprints removed from all switches, woodwork and door frames.
• All redily accessible floors vacuumed.

External Areas & Supplies:

• Pool and patio furniture wiped down.
• Pool and patio area hosed.
• Entry area swept.
• Garage area swept.
• Toilet paper in all bathrooms.
• Soap dispenser in all bathrooms.
• Trash bags and plastic garbage bags.
